An opportunity now exists for an experienced mid-weight web designer to join our team.

As an integral part of our team, you will be given the opportunity to work with our Creative Director across a variety of mediums whilst gaining some valuable exposure to high-level concept work.

The ingredients of success in this role are as diverse as the role itself and include:

• a formal design education and a passion for all things interactive
• at least 4 years web design experience
• a strong digital portfolio showcasing your best and most brilliant
• experience with the full life cycle of web/interactive projects from briefing to conceptualisation and execution including the appropriate tools and standards
• good presentation style and a strong desire to further develop client-facing skills as well as an understanding of design in a commercial context
• outstanding Photoshop and Illustrator capability
• hands-on commercial experience with Flash animation
• the ability to implement your designs using Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS
• experience working effectively within a diverse team of creative, consulting, technical and sales professionals.

To stand out from the crowd you will also have:

• user-interface design experience, particularly for Content Management Systems
• interactive agency experience
• exposure to print design
