The Online Now product does offer email hosting but this is not included in the monthly 'software and licensing' fee. You do not have to use Online Now’s email service if you wish to stay with your current provider.

Once the website is ready to go live we will supply the IP address of the new server so that your current provider can update the domain name records to point to the new site.

Your Online Now package includes website hosting but you are free to arrange for domain name, email and any other IT services you need with the provider of your choice.

Email hosting is not included in your hosting package. As part of the Domain transfer and we will point the DNS mail records back to the current mail hosting provider so the existing mail hosting can be used and there will be no email outage for you.

No you can have an unlimited number of email addresses kept within your Email Campaign Manager. There is also no limit on the number of site accounts that you can have in the system.

We will transfer hosting of your email to our server and then redirect mail to your nominated email supplier, usually we find people use their internet provider. Sending and receiving emails is completely free, you will continue to use your email address if you desire.
