Can I accept credit card payments with Online Now?

Integrating e-way into your package incurs no extra cost from our end, all that we ask is that you set up an account with e-way and provide us with your customer number.

What's included in the ongoing monthly cost?

The ongoing monthly cost associated with your new website will give you the peace of mind that your site and its content are being looked after.

Do I have to pay for the entire site upfront?

No! At Online Now we understand that paying for a website development project upfront can sometimes prove difficult and have created a flexible Pay as You Go option to allow businesses to spread the cost of a new website over a selected time period.

Do I have to use a credit card for my monthly payments?

The reason for the use of credit card for the monthly hosting and software licensing fee is to keep manual input for both parties as low as possible.

How are Online Now's website payments structured?

Payments for your new website are structured in 3 parts as is indicated in the proposal:

 

1. 1st half of the website development cost at the commencement of the project

2. Remainder of the developmement cost at the delivery stage

3. The monthly credit card fee

 

How do I find invoice and account information?

All Online Now communication regarding your account including invoices is directed to the email address associated with your account when it was established. If you would like change your account email address, you can do so through the Online Now customer extranet at:

http://www.onlinenow.com.au/login

Once logged in, click on change details in the left hand menu, enter new email address and click save.

This will take effect immediately and all future account correspondence will go to the newly entered email address.

How do I make additional payments?

There are 3 ways to pay for charges related to your Online Now account.

 

1. Add a charge to your existing monthly bill. This will be removed from the credit card that is linked to your account.

2. A one off credit card charge. This will allow you to select any credit card to make the payment with.

3. Direct deposit. This allows you to make a manual direct deposit into our bank account. (Please note projects do not commence until payments have cleared and this can delay the start of a project)

How much do additional members cost?

The Membership Module and Extranet come with 200 users built in. Additional members/users are chargeable at the following rate;

 

1,000 User Pack $110 p/m  Inc GST
10,000 User Pack $440 p/m  Inc GST
How much is additional Bandwidth?

Additional bandwidth cab be added to your website by your account manager. In order to request increasing your allocation please email them between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Remember to keep an eye on your usage especially coming up to the weekend as there is not the function to increase your limit on weekends.

 

Additional costs are as follows;

 

Bandwidth 2000MB $7.70
Bandwidth 5000MB $18.70

 

Is there a way to find previous Online Now invoices?

Invoices are issued monthly and an email sent with the invoice details prior to payment being made. To access past invoices at any time you can also log on to the Online Now customer extranet at.
