That's correct, clients with multiple domain names that are purchased through or transferred to Online Now are able to have those domain names all point to their Online Now website.

You can export the email list from the Email Campaign Manager module in Excel (CSV) format for safe keeping or use with other applications.

All our servers are backed daily and in the event of corruption or loss of data the affected sites will be restored from the most recent backup.

Every website as part of quality assurance is tested on IE6, IE7,Firefox 2.x, 3.x and Safari 3.x on the Mac. As new browsers are released and their market share exceeds 5% we include them in our testing (so this will apply to IE8 once released for example).

Every website includes a 2 hour training session at our offices for up to 3 people  with a technical expert who takes you through the system and answers any questions you have as well as provide various tips and hints to get the best out of the software so you can operate the website independently of our input.

Included in the monthly cost is unlimited email support, the system also has a built in issue tracking and ticketing system allowing efficient rapid resolution for issues as and if they arise.
