Is training included with the website?
Every website includes a 2 hour training session at our offices for up to 3 people with a technical expert who takes you through the system and answers any questions you have as well as provide various tips and hints to get the best out of the software so you can operate the website independently of our input.
As soon as work on your website is completed your customer service representative will again be in touch to arrange for your training in the next available training session provided in our local office in your area. Once again, should your attendance in our office be not practical your customer service representative will make alternative arrangements to ensure you receive adequate training in the use and management of your new website.
Training is provided by one of our experts who will start by providing an overview of the software and its core features as well as handy tips to get the most out of it for day to day use. After that you will be able to start using your website immediately with our expert providing assistance as well as answering any questions you might have.
Online Now is pretty powerful and advanced with new features being constantly added and improved all the time. its easy to use intuitive interface is intended to make this power within reach and useful. Like any advanced software, its capabilities exceed the time available in any reasonable training session, so your focus needs to be on the day to day core activities of managing your website rather than mastering advanced and/or rarely used features. This will ensure you get maximum value out of the training.
Supplementing the training is a comprehensive Help Centre including a online manual which covers all the features of the product in detail and will serve as your first port of call for information about the use of the software. After your training is complete you can start populating your site with content. As you use your new site if you encounter any problems our support team will be happy to assist.
