Wild Women on Top are a women's membership program for all women who want to lead healthy lives and improve their levels of fitness in an adventurous group environment. Wild Women on Top promotes leadership skills in women by providing opportunities for team building and personal development with opportunity to fulfill humanitarian goals by travelling to amazing places with like minded professional women.
What They we Looking For
Wild Women on Top were looking for a redesign that would make the site easy to navigate, incorporate customized galleries and bring the important elements of the site to the homepage. They also needed to incorporate a uniquely branded microsite within the main Wild Women on Top website. As existing client of Online Now we were able to seamlessly manage the migration of the old platform into their new design with all data and common elements carried across.
Design
The design for Wild Women on Top needed to visually communicate the core values of inspiration, fitness, adventure and the team building culture synonymous with the company. The design needed to encourage new membership registration while becoming a central communication tool for events and current members. The Coastrek mini-site design aimed to follow on from the main site design while creating the sense that you were visiting a different business/brand.
Features
It was important that the ecommerce information and membership profiles were combined to create one central database managed in the one location. Online now's uniquely flexible Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system gives them complete transparency over all online activities.
As Wild Women on Top are largely focused on its membership program the extended profiling of the CRM allows its database to be broken down into targeted groups. These can then be saved into specific segments within the Online Now Email Management Module giving them complete control over outgoing communication with members and prospects.
Conclusion
Wild Women on Top‘s website successfully provided a fully integrated membership tool with extensive functionality for its users. The Coastrek event was uniquely incorporated as part of the Wild Women on Top site all while creating an easy to update administration system for their staff. The Professional Design Package supplied to Wild Women on Top allowed for a broad number of features to be implemented in their site which can all be managed and updated at any given time.
We had been with Online Now for over 2 years before we asked them to update our website. We wanted a whole new look and feel as well as making it a user friendly ecommerce site for our customers. Our reliance on the web in our business has grown over the years, and Online Now were extremely helpful in reassessing our new requirements and taking on board our feedback and request for a modern, more efficient site. The team at Online Now, and in particular, James, put in many hours of updates and work on the new site and we've already taken over 100 registrations for our Coastrek Event in the first 2 weeks of the new site going live!
