Their existing site had been well indexed by the major search engines and they were receiving good traffic. Maintaining this positive Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and their ranking during the development of the new site was one of the major priorities along with giving the site a complete refresh and focusing on the business's promotional program.

Design
It was time that the site got a new fresh look and feel: one that would portray Sydney Emergency Plumbing in a modern, progressive way. The design needed to be easy to navigate and have 6 key messages that would be communicated throughout the site. For example, "You get to speak to a PLUMBER, not an answering service!" was a key message that we promoted.

Sydney Emergency Plumbing needed a site that was easy to update, would allow them to create multiple forms to capture information and had integrated email marketing so that they could communicate with their database. With SEO being so important, we needed to incorporate our platform's advanced analytics capabilities into the site, allowing them to produce detailed reports on site usage and enquiries. This will give Sydney Emergency Plumbing a detailed overview of their site's ongoing success.
