As the name suggests this pack is designed for the larger organisation that requires transparency, control and accountability across site updates and content changes. This is achieved through 3 core products:
- 1. Workflow manager
- 2. Mutli-user manager
- 3. Versioning
1. Workflow Manager
The Workflow Manager allows you to control the publishing process surrounding a new or existing content item. For example, if you have a company policy that requires all website content to be checked by your legal department, the Workflow Manager would allow you to create a process that ensures they are the final stage of the workflow.

2. Mutli-user manager
The multi-user pack allows you to create multiple users to share the workload of managing your website content and activities and allocate different management activities to different users. The multi-user pack lets businesses create as many system administrators as you like and grant access to specific areas within the content management system. You can then track all changes made to the site through an online user report. This is suitable for organisations that have strict privacy regulations or require complete transparency over their website changes.

3. Versioning
Versioning provides businesses with a ‘content safety net’ ensuring that they can roll any content back to a previous website update. This safeguard allows you to check previous website correspondence (an offer for example) or roll back to a period if your data is lost or corrupted.
