Do you provide any training in how to setup my CRM?

The CRM Training and implementation service is designed to ensure you get the most from your investment. Before attending the session it's important that you have had a look at your current data and identify your objectives. Up to 3 people can attend the training session but it is recommended that you select one point of contact to champion the project.


1. During the CRM Training we will;

    Walk you through the capabilities of the CRM
    Look at how other modules integrate with the system, Email Campaign Manager (ECM) and Form & Surveys Maker (FSM) for example
    Discuss your data and implementation requirements

2. After the training;

    You will select the different fields that you would like implemented into your CRM.
    We will build these supplied fields into the system
    We will supply you with a CSV import template (excel spreadsheet) that you can copy your data into
    We will upload the supplied Excel spreadsheet into your CRM

3. Once your data is uploaded we will perform a 30 minute online walk through to;

    Show you how to search your accounts
    Edit and update an account
    Illustrate how a form is linked to your CRM
    Send an email from a search
