How can I enter the data into my CRM?

There are 3 ways of editing, updating or uploading Extended profile criteria contained in the CRM. The platform allows you to create your business specific Extended profile criteria, exporting a CSV file once these have been created will provide you with a template to then enter your data into and be re-import into the system.

Once the profiles have been created an administrator can edit details of an account directly through the CRM or create an entirely new profile from scratch. Depending on what fields have been made “User Editable” some aspects of a users profile will be able to be edited by the end user themselves.

Supplying us with a 'clean' Excel spreadsheet with the relevant fields and data will allow us to upload this information into the CRM but you will have to asses your business processes against the platform and it's functionality to ensure that it achieves your company objectives.
