How do I communicate my ideas with my Online Now designer?

In terms of the creative process, the briefing stage will provide the creative team with a great foundation to prepare your initial screen shots. The screen shots comprise of two pages, the home page and a secondary page that will give you a complete idea of the style of your new site. 

It is at this stage that we review and discuss the creative look and feel of your new site. If you feel it is necessary you are more than welcome to come to our offices to discuss this with the creative team. Otherwise, it can be it can be done over the phone or via email. 

This is a method that has proven successful time and time again – you will have a pivotal role to play in the design of your site, achieved through the material supplied in the initial briefing document and at the screen shot review stage.
