Online Now comes with unlimited email aliases for domains managed through the Online Now system. To take advantage of these email aliases you will need a physical email account such as those provided by most internet service providers with your dial-up or broadband account. Please refer to your ISP for instructions on how to set up and use these email accounts. You can also opt to use a free service such as Google Mail for this purpose. Once your ISP or Gmail email account is set up you will need to configure Online Now.
1. Click on System Settings, then Email Forwarding.
2. Select the domain name you would like to add email forwarding to and
click Go. If no domain names appear it means that you're not managing your domain name through Online Now. Call your Online Now contact to find out about how to do so.
3. Enter the username you want, eg. Yourname.
4. Enter the email address you set up with your ISP or GMail above.
5. Click save.
So that your email address will appear as yourname@yourcompany.com.au on emails you send, you will need to configure your email client.
