When you cannot access you Online Now content management system you have the option of re-setting it through your client extranet.
When you log into your extranet you will see the "modify" option. Select this and scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you will see the Manage Site Details" section.
You can set and change the site user name and password. These are used to access the site's management console and may be set differently for each site in your account. Your password and its confirmation must match and not be empty. For the security of your account we recommend you use a mixture of alpha-numeric characters of mixed case and be at least 8 characters long.
If you do not have the login details for your client extranet then you will need to re-set it through this link. https://secure.onlinenow.com.au/customer/standard_forgotten The password will be generated and sent out through email that is resisted to the account.
It’s important to note that the email registered to the account cannot be changed online. You will need to contact our support team and this update can take up to 48 hours. Please keep backups of our password and update email records related to the account in the event of a staff member leaving for example.
