Where do I find invoicing and billing information?

All Online Now communication regarding your account, including invoices, is directed to the email address associated with your account when it was established. If you would like to change your account email address, you can do so through the Online Now customer extranet at:

http://www.onlinenow.com.au/login

. Once logged in, click on change details in the left hand menu, enter your new email address and click save. 

This will take effect immediately and all future account correspondence will go to the newly entered email address.
