All our servers are backed daily and in the event of corruption or loss of data the affected sites will be restored from the most recent backup.

Any changes occurring since the nightly backup will be lost. Clients are responsible for the security of their username and password required to access the system. If our logs show that the correct user name and password were used to 'hack' into the site, it is the responsibility of the user and contravenes our terms of use.
