Basic search criteria

Beaconbee content management systems have built in account profile criteria consisting of; email address, first name, last name, account creation dates and active status. You can perform a search of your existing accounts through one or all of these fields.
    •    Once logged in go to ‘Accounts Manager’ and then select ‘search accounts’ from the side navigation
    •    Fill out fields desired (name, email etc) and select ‘search’
    •    The existing accounts which match this search criteria will now appear in a list under accounts at the bottom under ‘accounts’
    •    On the right of the account details you can now view account, edit account details, add notes, specify activity dates and view history.
    •    You can also activate and deactivate accounts here. This is not deleting the contact from the email database but can be used if you do not wish them to receive emails from your system.
