With the new customer relationship management module you can create new mailing lists based on your customers purchase history that is recorded by the account management system. This function allows you to contact customers who have made an online transaction with your company in the past and re-connect in order to encourage repeat business.
    •    Once logged in go to ‘Accounts manager’ and select ‘Search accounts’ from the side navigation
    •    Drop down ‘Commerce criteria’ and enter variables into fields of preference and select ‘Search’
    •    The matching accounts will now appear listed below and you are able to either ‘Save into email list’ (all matches will be saved into the email manager) or ‘Save into live list’ (all matches and any future matches for the selected criteria will be saved into the email manager)
