With the new customer relationship management module you can create new mailing lists based on previous email campaign customer activity. This allows you to perform a search on specific campaigns from the past and re-target users how have interacted with that campaign.
• Once logged in go to ‘Accounts Manager’ and select ‘Search accounts’
• Drop down ‘Search email campaigns criteria’ and select the ‘email event’ of interest
• Select the interaction activity you wish to retarget (opened the previous email or clicked a link on the previous email) and select 'Search’
• The matching accounts will now appear listed below and you are able to either ‘Save into email list’ (all matches will be saved into the email manager) or ‘Save into live list’ (all matches and any future matches for the selected criteria will be saved into the email manager)
