Exporting and importing data is an easy way to update your records with external accounts or members. By exporting the existing data into an excel spreadsheet all profile fields are displayed in a simple table so you can add new account details filter and import back into the system which automatically records all the changes made to the database.
• Once logged in go to ‘Accounts Manager’ and select ‘Search accounts' from the side navigation
• On the Right of the ‘Accounts’ click Export and your database will be automatically downloaded
• Update your spreadsheet in the same order as the exported file making sure all fields are filled out and are filtered correctly where necessary
• Save updated spreadsheet to desktop and go to ‘Import accounts’ on left navigation bar and Upload new file under Browse
• Save to default list, existing list or create a new list and ‘Save’
• Your new accounts will be instantly updated to your management system for use.
