You can update the members manually on the back end in 2 ways; through the site tree or the accounts manager.
• To update via the site tree go the Content Manager
• Select Membership Catalogue parent page from the site tree and go to the Memberships tab.
• Under Membership you can opt to add a membership user and follow the prompts for email, start and end dates, and save or download users if you wish to add multiple new members.
• For multiple new members select ‘download users’ into a CSV file, update the spreadsheet, save the updated version and import the file back in to the membership area.
• To update memberships using accounts manger you got to Accounts Manager
• Search accounts (in the side navigation) and update the membership dates by selecting edit for the induvidual members account
• Updating the membership dates under the profile details and save
• You also have the ability to export the account under the search accounts tool updated the spreadsheet and import, however this spreadsheet will display the extended profiles for the members including subscribers, ecommerce customers and members all in one so may be more complex
