Setting default tax for service, shipping or payment processing adds a set amount or percentage cost to any item, order or payment method respectively by default
    •    Once logged in go to ‘Admin’ at the top of the page and select ‘Default taxes’
    •    Enter either a one off charge under amount or numerical percentage under rate in the fields for the desired areas you wish to charge tax and click ‘Save’
    •    E.g. for 10% GST which you wish to be visible on product and invoicing pages on the site enter 0.1000 against the default tax under ‘Rate’ and ‘Save’
    •    Or if you wish to add 2% credit card surcharge on payment method enter 0.0200 under the 'Payment processing surcharge tax' rate feild and 'Save'
