Editing account profile query fields

If you have the forms module on your site you can manage the profile fields to be filled out by members signing-up through the admin centre. The more information collected the more you will be able to target your membership base with important messages. To find out more about your customer relationship management system contact your service provider.
    •    Once logged in go to ‘Admin’ at the top of the page and select ‘Manage accounts profile’
    •    Here will display the list of fields that appear to your members
    •    To add new field go to ‘Add profile field’
    •    Select field type of your profile question e.g. to find out an age range for each member that signs up for an account select radio buttons
    •    Title your field e.g. Age
    •    Check boxes for the areas which apply to your query and ‘Save’ e.g. mandatory queries means that users attempting to join will not be able to proceed without filling out the field
    •    Once saved select ‘Edit’ for your new field and list the Age brackets you wish to be featured one below the other and ‘Save’ to publish to your formaker pages
