Updating inventory and stock items

E-Commerce Manager allows you to manage your inventory for your online store to let you know when your stock levels become lower than a specified trigger quantity which can be adjusted in the inventory control administration system

  • Once logged in go to ‘E-Commerce Manager’ select ‘Inventory’ from the side navigation bar
  • Under ‘Add inventory Control’ select item for administration from your list of products (items must have been built on a product page template)
  • Enter code (optional), Quantity (number of items available for sale), Recorder Trigger (low stock level under inventory reports warning), Reorder quantity (number of items to reorder – optional), and description (ordering details for wholesaler eg. Contact details etc – optional)
  • Once complete click ‘Add’ and your stock item control will be featured underneath in the existing inventory controls list
  • To change inventory control specifications click ‘Edit’, update details and ‘Save’
