This feature works best when your system allows the advanced accounts manager CRM module allowing you to break down your registered members by a range of specific characteristics which are populated to match your company information needs in the form maker tool. Create detailed and complex target lists by combining the criteria’s collected through members’ registration, email subscription opt-ins and when order placing.
• Once logged in select ‘Account Manager’
• Under ‘Search accounts’ fill out the criteria of the list you wish to create e.g. Active accounts from the last year who clicked a link in an email – and click ‘Search’
• Your matching accounts will now be listed under the ‘Accounts’ section below and you can view the list or name the list (i.e. email engagers list) and ‘Save’
• Creating a live list saves your search criteria which automatically updates your list with future subscribers that match your criteria, just create the search and name your live list and ‘Save’
