You can address your subscribers in the copy section of your email campaigns by adding a special code in your text which will automatically be replaced with their name/email address
    •    To insert the first name of your recipient use the following code: $FIRSTNAME$
    •    To insert the last name of your recipient use the following code: $LASTNAME$
    •    To insert the email address of your recipient insert the following code: $EMAIL$
    •    Note – code is case sensitive
    •    If your database is missing the details you are trying to populate then no details will be inserted into the coded space
