The site snapshot under the Reporting module allows a quick view on your site performance in the key areas that apply to your business. These metrics can be changed to reflect the past day, week, month or year by selecting the appropriate icon from the top right hand side of the site snapshot. The number at the top is the value total (eg. Sales = dollar value total, accounts = number of accounts created, orders = number of orders placed, Contacts = respondents of the Contact Us query section, Forms = numbers of forms completed and feedback = user feedback activity), the percentage value represents the change over time with the value from the beginning of the period underneath. Green arrows indicate increase, red a decrease and a blue dash represents no change to the values during the start and ends of the specified times. You can hide metrics that you do not want to appear in the site snapshot by selecting ‘customise’ in the top left and un-checking the required boxes.
